Advance Lifestyles Ltd Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Advance Lifestyles Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the Directors' Report, Report on Corporate Governance, and a Certificate of Non-disqualification of Directors for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the company set September 22, 2026, as the date for its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and appointed M/s MSDS & Associates as scrutinizer and M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited as the e-voting agency for the AGM. The reappointment of Mr. Kashyap Gandhi was also recommended.
