Advance Metering Technology Declares Q1 FY27 Un-audited Results

Advance Metering Technology Ltd announced that its Board of Directors met on August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were declared on a standalone and consolidated basis, accompanied by a limited review report. The board also approved the notice for the 15th General Meeting scheduled for September 8, 2026, and the appointment of a scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Mrs. Ameeta Ranade was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive). The meeting also addressed approvals for loans, guarantees, securities, and material related party transactions with Industrial Solutions Corporation LLP, along with an increase in the Managing Director's remuneration. The financial results will be published in newspapers as per SEBI regulations.
