Advani Hotels Declares ₹0.80 Interim Dividend

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd declared a second interim dividend of ₹0.80 per equity share (40% on face value of ₹2) for the financial year 2025-2026. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on record as of May 29, 2026, and payments/warrants will be dispatched by June 20, 2026, subject to tax deduction at source. The board also approved audited standalone financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed M/s. BDO India LLP as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27.
