Advani Hotels & Resorts Closes Trading Window Until After Q1 2026 Financial Results

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will close on April 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The Board Meeting for the approval of the Financial Results will be intimated in due course. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are informed not to trade or deal in the Company’s securities during the closure period.
