Advik Laboratories to Diversify into Ayurvedic, Unani, and Homeopathic Medicines

Advik Laboratories Ltd, in its board meeting held on 2nd September 2025, approved the diversification into the business of manufacturing of Ayurvedic, Unani, and Homeopathic medicines, drugs, and Nutraceuticals. The company has appointed renowned Ayurvedacharya Mr. Kamal Joshi as Senior Consultant (Ayurveda and Alternate Therapy) to contribute to the company's growth in this new venture. The 31st Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company is scheduled for Monday, 29th September, 2025 at 09.30 A.M. at the registered office situated at 138, Roz- Ka - Meo Industrial Area, Sohna, Distt. Mewat-122 103, Haryana.
