Advit Jewels: Abhishek Gilara Acquires 16.98% via Gift

Abhishek Gilara, a promoter of Advit Jewels Limited, has acquired 7,778,430 equity shares, representing 16.979% of the total share capital, through an inter-se transfer by way of gift from Vipul Gilara. This transaction is exempt from an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i)(ii) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The transferor, Vipul Gilara, previously held 34.38% and now holds 17.40% post-transaction. The acquirer, Abhishek Gilara, previously held 0% and now holds 16.979%. The acquisition was completed on October 16, 2026.
