Advit Jewels to Incorporate Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Advit Jewels Limited announced its Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, "BARIQUE Jewels Private Limited", on November 06, 2026. The new entity will be engaged in the designing, manufacturing, sourcing, trading, marketing, distribution, and sale of Designer Jewellery and allied products. The incorporation is under process, with the registered office to be situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Advit Jewels will hold 100% shareholding, subscribing ₹10,00,000 in cash for the initial paid-up share capital.
