Aegis Logistics to Acquire 96% Stake in Aegis Terminal (Pipavav) Limited from Aegis Gas (LPG) Private Limited

Aegis Logistics Limited has announced that the Board of Directors of Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL), an associate of the company, has approved the proposal to acquire 96% equity stake in Aegis Terminal (Pipavav) Limited (ATPL) from Aegis Gas (LPG) Private Limited (AGPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The transaction is expected to be completed by 30th November, 2025. The consideration to be received by AGPL against sale of equity shares of ATPL at face value of INR. 10/- will be INR 4,80,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs and Eighty Thousand Only). Post-acquisition, ATPL will cease to be a subsidiary of AGPL and will become a step-down subsidiary of the company.
