Aegis Logistics to Construct and Develop Greenfield Terminal for Associate Company AVTL

Aegis Logistics Ltd. has entered into a Framework Agreement with its Associate Company, Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL), to construct and develop a Greenfield Terminal. The project, known as the 'J2 Project', will consist of 77,286 MT LPG storage capacity, 318,100 cbm Liquid Products storage, and an LPG Bottling Plant of 35,000 MT pa capacity at Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPA). Upon execution of the Framework Agreement, Aegis Logistics will receive INR. 5,02,50,00,000/- from AVTL. The Asset Transfer Agreement will be executed separately upon completion of the project.
