Aegis Vopak Signs ₹142.5 Cr Framework Deal with Aegis Logistics

Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd has executed a Framework Agreement with Aegis Logistics Limited (ALL) for the construction and development of a new refrigerated storage tank for propane. The tank will have a capacity of 51,998 MT and allied facilities at its terminal in Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA). The company will pay ALL INR 1,42,50,00,000 upon execution of the agreement. ALL is a promoter company of Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd, and the transaction is conducted on an arm's length basis. An Asset Transfer Agreement will be executed upon project completion.
