Aegis Vopak Subsidiary Signs ₹37.17 Cr Framework Agreement

Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Konkan Storage Systems (Kochi) Private Limited (KCPL), has entered into a Framework Agreement with Sea Lord Containers Limited (SCL). Under this agreement, KCPL will engage SCL for the construction of liquid product storage tanks with an aggregate capacity of 49,577 cbm. The project also includes associated facilities like truck loading bays, a tanker loading gantry, and a carbon steel pipeline. The total consideration for this agreement is INR 37,17,00,000. SCL is part of the Promoter Group of Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd, and the transaction is conducted on an arm's length basis.
