Aequs Invests ₹4 Cr in Subsidiary Koppal Toys Molding

Aequs Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aequs Toys Private Limited, has made a further investment of INR 4 Crores in its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Koppal Toys Molding COE Private Limited (KTMCPL). This investment was made on a rights basis, with KTMCPL allotting 4,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The funds are intended to meet KTMCPL's working capital and operational requirements. KTMCPL is engaged in the manufacturing and molding of toys.
