Aequs Ltd: Amalgamation Scheme Sanctioned by Regional Directorate

Aequs Limited has received sanction for its Scheme of Amalgamation from the Regional Directorate, South West Region, Bengaluru. The scheme involves the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiaries: AeroStructures Manufacturing India Private Limited, Aequs Engineered Plastics Private Limited, and Aequs Force Consumer Products Private Limited, with Aequs Limited as the Transferee Company. The amalgamation is effective from April 01, 2026. This follows a previous rejection of the scheme, with the company successfully representing its case to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for reconsideration. The scheme will be fully effective upon filing the order with the Registrar of Companies.
