Aequs Ltd Promoter Pledges 14.99% Shares for ₹200 Cr Finance

Aequs Limited's promoter, Melligeri Private Family Foundation (Mellwood Trustee Services Private Limited), has disclosed the creation of a pledge on 10,05,13,070 equity shares, representing 14.99% of the company's total share capital. This pledge is in favor of 360 One Prime Limited as security for a finance facility amounting to INR 200 Crores, intended for making investments. The promoter group holds a total of 59.09% of Aequs Limited's paid-up capital, and these pledged shares constitute 25.36% of their total shareholding.
