Aequs Ltd Signs MoU with Guidance, Tamil Nadu Government Agency, for Manufacturing Unit Setup

Aequs Limited has entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Guidance, the nodal agency of the Government of Tamil Nadu, for setting up a manufacturing unit in the State of Tamil Nadu. The company plans to invest up to INR 1900 crores in manufacturing components for Aircraft Engines, Landing Gear and Systems over the next ten years. The Government of Tamil Nadu (GoTN) will provide facilitation and support in the form of necessary infrastructural support, regulatory facilitation, uninterrupted power supply, and other infrastructure support on a best-effort basis. Standard incentives as per the existing Tamil Nadu Government's Policy will be applicable.
