Aequs Limited reported a significant financial performance for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026. Consolidated revenue surged by 45% year-on-year to ₹4,091 million (from ₹2,816 million in Q2 FY26), and for the first half of FY27, revenue grew 50% YoY to ₹8,046 million (from ₹5,372 million in H1 FY26). This growth was primarily driven by strong momentum in the Aerospace segment, which saw revenue increase by 44% YoY to ₹3,514 million in Q2, and the Consumer segment, which more than doubled its revenue YoY. Despite the revenue growth, reported EBITDA decreased by 45% YoY to ₹245 million, attributed to increased consumer electronics costs now being expensed. The net loss for Q2 narrowed sequentially to ₹522 million. Key business highlights include an Aerospace order book reaching USD 1.1 billion, a new long-term supply agreement with Safran, and a ₹6,500 million promoter-group investment to fund future growth.
