Aeroflex Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of M/s. Shweta Jain & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors for a second term of five consecutive financial years. This decision was approved by the shareholders at the 32nd Annual General Meeting held on July 21, 2026. The re-appointment is effective from the conclusion of the 32nd AGM until the conclusion of the 37th AGM. M/s. Shweta Jain & Co. LLP, established in 2006 and converted to an LLP in 2025, has experience in audit and assurance services for listed companies.
