Aether Industries Inks Strategic Supply Agreement with Baker Hughes

Aether Industries Ltd has executed a Strategic Supply Agreement (SSA) with Baker Hughes, effective from 25th June 2024. The agreement, initially for 5 years and extendable, includes 6 products for contract manufacturing by Aether Industries for Baker Hughes. These products, to be manufactured for the first time in India, will be supplied to Baker Hughes' global locations with a significant portion for Indian domestic oil and gas applications. The project aligns with the 'Make in India' initiative and will be majorly executed by Aether Speciality Chemicals Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aether Industries. This agreement strengthens Aether Industries' position as a strategic contract manufacturing partner for Baker Hughes.
