Afcom Holdings: Promoter Share Transfer of 10.43 Lakh Shares

Afcom Holdings Ltd has announced an inter-se transfer of equity shares among its promoters. Ms. Manjula Annamalai will acquire 10,43,766 equity shares from Mr. Wg. Cdr. Jaganmohan Manthena (Retd.) through an off-market transaction. This transfer represents 3.61% of the company's share capital and is valued at ₹800 per share, totaling ₹83.50 Crore. The transaction is being undertaken in reliance upon the exemption under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group is expected to remain unchanged.
