This represents 25.03% of the company's total share capital. The pledge was created by Goswami Infratech Private Limited in favor of Axis Trustee Services Limited as per the debenture trust deed. Axis Trustee Services clarified that it holds no beneficial interest in these shares, acting solely in its capacity as a debenture trustee. The encumbrance is effective until July 21, 2026.
