Afcons Infrastructure Sets July 23 as Record Date for ₹2 Dividend

Afcons Infrastructure Ltd has announced July 23, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to a final dividend of ₹2.00 per equity share (20%) for FY 2025-26. This dividend, recommended by the Board of Directors on May 18, 2026, will be paid on or before August 28, 2026, if declared at the 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
