Afcons: Shareholders re-appoint Executive Chairman & MD for 2 years

Afcons Infrastructure Ltd. shareholders, at their 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 30, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Subramanian Krishnamurthy as Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Chairman. Concurrently, Mr. Srinivasan Paramasivan was re-appointed as Managing Director of the company. Both re-appointments are for a further term of two years, commencing from July 1, 2026, and concluding on June 30, 2028. This decision ensures continuity in the company's top leadership. Mr. Krishnamurthy, with over four decades of experience, has been a Whole-Time Director since 2002, while Mr. Paramasivan, also a Whole-Time Director since 2002, has played a pivotal role in the company's turnaround and growth.
