Agarwal Fortune India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on November 3, 2025, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting will also discuss other business matters with the permission of the chair. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the specified persons was closed from October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until November 5, 2025.
