Agarwal Fortune India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 11, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will also discuss other business matters with the permission of the chair. In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the specified persons was closed from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed until February 13, 2026.
