Agi Greenpac Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Shaili Tyagi as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The decision was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is effective from October 12, 2026. Ms. Tyagi brings over 25 years of extensive experience in human resources, having held leadership roles in prominent organizations such as Sheela Foam Limited, DCM Shriram Limited, and Bharti Airtel Limited. Her expertise spans talent management, organization design, change management, performance and rewards, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. This appointment is expected to strengthen the company's HR capabilities.
