AGI Infra Board Meeting on Nov 6 to Approve Q2 FY27 Results

AGI Infra Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 6, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also include a limited review of these results by the auditors. Concurrently, the company has closed its trading window from October 1, 2026, and it will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
