AGI Infra Ltd Invests Rs. 12 Crore in Worldnext Realty LLP, Acquiring 60% Stake

AGI Infra Ltd has invested Rs. 12,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Crore Only) in the first tranche of a total investment of approximately Rs. 30,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crore Only) in Worldnext Realty LLP. This investment has allowed AGI Infra Ltd to acquire 60% stake in the LLP. The LLP, incorporated on May 15, 2021, is in the business of Construction of Group Housing Project, houses, banglow etc. The acquisition was made through a cash consideration of Rs. 30,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crores Only) and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026. The LLP's revenue as on March 31, 2025, is Rs. 3,21,42,054/-.
