Agio Paper Reappoints Malay Chakrabarty as Whole-Time Director for 5 Years

Agio Paper & Industries Ltd announced that its shareholders, in the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Malay Chakrabarty as Whole-Time Director. He will serve a second term of five years, commencing from September 30, 2026, and concluding on September 30, 2031. Mr. Chakrabarty, aged 67, is experienced in managerial, administrative, and project matters and is not debarred from holding directorship by any authority. This decision follows the recommendation of the Board and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
