Sundrop Brands Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Sundrop Brands Ltd (formerly Agro Tech Foods Ltd) has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI's PIT Regulations and will be effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27. During this period, trading in the company's securities by these individuals is prohibited. The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
