AGS Transact Technologies Faces Delay in Financial Filings Due to CIRP
AGS Transact Technologies Ltd. has informed the stock exchanges about a delay in submitting its quarterly financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The delay is primarily due to the ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) initiated against the company by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on August 25, 2025. The preparation and audit of financial statements are now subject to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the directions of the Committee of Creditors (CoC). The CoC approved the appointment of M/s. BSR & Affiliates for the FY 2024-25 audit, which is currently in progress. Following this, the audit for subsequent quarters and FY 2025-26 will commence. The company's Resolution Professional is expediting the process and will provide further updates.
