Ahasolar Technologies Board Approves FY26 Director's Report, Sets AGM Date

Ahasolar Technologies Ltd announced that its Board of Directors met on August 25, 2026. The board approved the Director's Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. They also decided to convene the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 28, 2026, via VC/OAVM. The meeting will seek member approval for the regularization of Mr. Dinesh Shah as an Independent Director. A book closure period from September 22 to September 28, 2026, and a cut-off date of September 21, 2026, for AGM eligibility were also established. M/s. Mukesh H. Shah & Co. has been appointed as the scrutinizer for e-voting.
