Ahasolar Technologies Fixes Sept 21, 2026, as E-Voting Cut-off Date

Ahasolar Technologies Ltd has announced the cut-off date for determining voting rights entitlement for e-voting. The cut-off date is set as September 21, 2026. This measure is in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as well as Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The e-voting facility will be available for the upcoming 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 28, 2026. Members will be able to exercise their voting rights electronically for the business transacted at the AGM. The notice for the AGM will be sent in due course.
