Ahluwalia Contracts to hold 47th AGM on Sep 29, 2026

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd has announced its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 29, 2026, at 12:30 PM IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will adopt the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year 2025-26. A dividend of ₹0.70 paisa per share (35%) on equity shares for FY 2025-26 is proposed for declaration. Additionally, the AGM will address the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjiv Sharma as a retiring director and the re-appointment of Mr. Shobhit Uppal as Whole Time Director (Dy.
