AIK Pipes And Polymers Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on November 14, 2025, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the half year ended 30 September, 2025. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office at 3:00 PM. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all specified persons under the code has been closed from October 1, 2025, and will remain closed till 48 hours after the communication of the aforesaid financial results to the Stock Exchange.
