AIK Pipes and Polymers Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. The corrigendum addresses an inadvertent typographical error where the name of a related party was incorrectly stated as 'M/s AIK Pipes' instead of the correct name, 'M/s AIK Pipes and Pumps'. This correction applies to all instances of the incorrect name in the AGM Notice and Annual Report. The company has stated that all other disclosures, information, financial statements, and matters within the original documents remain unchanged.
