Aimco Pesticides Board Approves FY26 Results & Cost Auditor Re-appointment

Aimco Pesticides Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors, M/s. CNK & Associates LLP, issued an unmodified opinion on these results. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of M/s. V. J. Talati & Co., Cost Accountants, as the Cost Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27.
