Aimco Pesticides enters research agreement with Uni Melbourne, commits AUD $191K

Aimco Pesticides Ltd has entered into a Student Research Project Agreement with the University of Melbourne and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aimco International FZE. The agreement, dated June 19, 2026, is focused on studies for novel products in agriculture. Under the terms, Aimco Pesticides will provide or facilitate a payment of AUD $191,096.40 (including GST) to the University of Melbourne. While Aimco International FZE is a wholly-owned subsidiary, the transaction is considered a related party transaction executed at "arm's length." The company has clarified that this agreement will have no impact on its management or control.
