Airan Ltd Appoints New Directors and Statutory Auditor

Airan Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Indu Shaktibhushan Shukla as a Non-executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Mrugesh Arvindbhai Suthar as a Non-executive Independent Director. Both appointments are effective from September 1, 2026. The company also appointed M/S Supal Shah & Associates as its statutory auditor for a term of five years, with the appointment approved at the Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026.
