Airan Ltd Appoints Two Directors and Auditor at AGM

Airan Ltd announced at its Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026, the appointment of Mrs. Indu Shaktibhusan Shukla as a Non-executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Mrugesh Arvindbhai Suthar as a Non-executive Independent Director. Both appointments are effective from September 1, 2026. Mrs. Shukla holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with accounting experience, while Mr. Suthar is a seasoned banking professional with nearly 40 years of experience. Additionally, M/S Supal Shah & Associates were appointed as the statutory auditor for a term of five years, with Supal Karnikbhai Shah specializing in indirect taxation and financial management. The resolutions were passed based on the voting results and the Scrutinizer’s Report.
