Telogica Ltd., formerly known as Aishwarya Technologies and Telecom Limited, held a Board Meeting on 03.06.2024. The meeting resulted in the approval of expanding the company's business objects. The new objectives include generating, accumulating, transmitting, distributing, trading, and supplying Green Hydrogen, solar power, electricity power, or any other energy from conventional/non-conventional energy sources. The company also plans to construct, lay down, establish, operate, and maintain power/energy generating stations. Furthermore, Telogica Ltd. will carry on the business of data centers, BPOs, call centers, data center cloud services, payments services, telecom value-added services, Fintech services, and manufacturing, trading, distributing, leasing, and other commercial operations in software, hardware, space selling, and time selling related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) Software, Artificial Intelligence (AI) GPUs and CPUs, Datacenter Cloud Services, Fintech, Payment Services, AI Native, Large Language Models (LLM), Data Centre, Generative AI, Quantum AI, Green Hydrogen, Telecom Value Added Services, Finance Technology or Fintech, and BPO. The consideration for the change of name was deferred.
