CTL Trusteeship Limited, acting as Common Security Trustee, has created a pledge over 26,21,067 equity shares of Ajanta Pharma Limited. This pledge represents 2.10% of the total share capital and is intended to secure the issuance of non-convertible debentures by Lenexis Foodworks Private Limited and Inspira Realty Private Limited. Following this action, CTL Trusteeship's total encumbered shares, including pledged shares, increased from 13.54% to 13.53%. The total pledged shares held by CTL Trusteeship now stand at 92,53,718, representing 7.41% of the total share capital.
