Ajanta Pharma Limited's promoter, Aayush Agrawal (trustee of Aayush Agrawal Trust), has disclosed the creation and simultaneous release of pledges on 2,86,213 equity shares each. The pledge creation was undertaken to secure a new loan, while the release of an equivalent number of shares from pledge was due to the repayment of an existing loan. Both transactions occurred on May 12, 2026, with Julius Baer Capital (India) Pvt Ltd.
