Ajanta Soya Ltd: MD & Whole-time Director Reappointed for 3 Years

Ajanta Soya Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal as Managing Director and Mr. Abhey Goyal as Whole-time Director. Both appointments were approved by the company's members at the 35th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal's term is extended for three years from July 26, 2026, to July 25, 2029. Mr. Abhey Goyal's term is also extended for three years, effective from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal is the father of Mr. Abhey Goyal. These re-appointments are in line with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
