AJAX Engineering Appoints PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP as Internal Auditor

AJAX Engineering Ltd announced the completion of tenure for its previous internal auditors, M/s PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited, effective March 31, 2026. Following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 5, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP as the new Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The new auditors, a well-established firm with over 45 years of experience and a global network, will commence their services from June 2, 2026. This change is in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
