Ajax Engineering Reports 2% Y-o-Y Revenue Growth in 9M FY26; Non-SLCM, Services Gain Momentum

Ajax Engineering Limited, a leading concreting equipment manufacturer in India, announced its financial results for Q3 and 9M FY26. The company reported a 2% year-on-year revenue growth for the nine-month period, with non-SLCM revenue growing by 4.5% and Spares and Services revenue increasing by 14%. However, Q3 FY26 revenue was impacted by extended monsoon conditions, transition to new emission norms, slower pace of project execution, and cash flow challenges faced by customers. Despite these headwinds, Ajax Engineering maintained its leadership and market share in SLCM and grew its non-SLCM and Spares and Services business. Adjusted EBITDA for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹ 48 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 11.0%. For 9M FY26, profit after tax stood at ₹ 130 crore.
