Ajcon Global Services: 10 Lakh Warrants Lapse, ₹1.65 Cr Forfeited

Ajcon Global Services Ltd has announced the lapse and forfeiture of 1,000,000 convertible warrants originally allotted on a preferential basis. The warrants, issued at ₹66 each, required 25% upfront payment and the remaining 75% within 18 months. As the warrant holders failed to pay the balance amount by the exercise deadline of July 20, 2026, the warrants have lapsed and are cancelled. Consequently, the upfront subscription amount of ₹1.65 crore (25% of the issue price) has been forfeited by the company. This forfeiture will not impact the company's paid-up share capital. The matter will be placed before the Board of Directors for a formal resolution.
