Ajcon Global Services Ltd. exempted from RPTs disclosure under SEBI(LODR) Regulation 23(9) for FY ended 31.12.2025

Ajcon Global Services Ltd. has informed that Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, related to the submission of Disclosures of Related Party Transactions (RPTs) to the Stock Exchange, is not applicable to the company. This is due to the exemption granted under Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, as the Paid-up Equity Share Capital and Net worth of the company were less than Rs. 10 Crore and Rs. 25 Crore respectively as on 31.03.2025. The company has assured that they will comply with the Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, within six months from the date on which the provisions become applicable to the company.
