Ajmera Realty Declares Un-Audited Q1 FY27 Results

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd announced its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manoj Ajmera as Managing Director and Mr. Sanjay Ajmera as Whole-time Director for three-year terms effective April 2027. Additionally, Mr. Dhaval Ajmera was appointed as Director – Corporate Affairs, and Mr. Keyur Mehta as AVP – Accounts & Taxation. The company also noted a dividend recommendation from a prior meeting, payable by October 2026.
