AJR Infra Re-appoints Mahendra Kumar Agrawala as Independent Director

AJR Infra And Tolling Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra Kumar Agrawala as an additional director in the category of independent director, effective October 31, 2023. This follows the expiry of his previous five-year tenure on October 30, 2023. The decision was made by the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mr. Agrawala brings over 35 years of experience in Auditing, Income Tax, Company Law, and Project & Management consultancy. He is not related to any other directors of the company.
