The company has sent its Annual Report and AGM Notice to shareholders electronically. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from August 23 to August 29, 2026, for the AGM. A cut-off date of August 22, 2026, has been set for e-voting, which will be facilitated by NSDL from August 26 to August 28, 2026.
